No, we try to have about 20% of the questions be about Veldhoven.
The rest of the questions are trivia questions and assignments.

Start by putting together as complete and diverse a team as possible. Anyone can join, so choose people with different interests. Your oldest grandma, crazy Aunt Gemma, your house spider who can make sports predictions. Whatever you want! We don't care. But if you want to get the best results from the quiz, we advise you to at least read the village papers neatly every month, look around carefully and don't trust anyone.

On the quiz night itself, make sure you have a phone, a computer with internet and some food. Add the VeldhovenQuiz facebook page in advance and install Instagram on a phone, that way you won't get any surprises.
And beyond that, I would especially grab the dress-up clothes, all languages to dictionaries and the 'Dikke van Dale'. Load up your camera. Make sure the hair is combed and you're good to go!

The team may consist of a maximum of 20 adults.

In advance, we do not determine how many points can be scored for a question. This is determined by the groups themselves!
How? The score depends entirely on the correct number of answers returned to a question.
If less than 10% of the teams come up with the correct answer, it scores 5 points!
If 25% of the teams have found the correct answer, they will get 3 points.
If half the number of teams have the right answer, they all score 2 points.
And if more than half the teams get the answer right, this question is worth only 1 point.

So if something needs to be built, we do know how many people you can do it with in how much time.

Finally, we also weigh up all the assignments vs questions and then we include that in the scoring.
For example, if we think you will need about 4 (out of 20) people all evening for all the doing and outdoor tasks.
Then we will apply a ratio of 25%.

That is, total number of points to be obtained from the assignments compared to total points to be obtained for all questions = 25%

You can just sign up as an individual. We will then see if we can get you to join another team, or perhaps put together a complete team with individuals.

As described in the rules, the quiz is meant for young adults. We decided this as an organisation to keep the freedom to create 'adult' questions and assignments.
The minimum age to participate is 16 years. The team captain must be 18 years or older.
As an organisation, we also absolutely do not want to see children in photos and videos again. We want to be able to share the materials later and if there are children in there, that could get us into trouble

You may participate in the quiz from 16 years of age.
Team captain must be at least 18 years old.

We typically use the voucher you received for various purposes.
Main purposes:

-Vouchers MUST appear in the videos.
-Vouchers MUST be in the photos.

This is mainly to prevent plagiarism by 'clever' teams plucking images and videos from the internet.

The minimum team size is 4 people, but if you want to have a fun evening, we recommend playing with a minimum of 10 people.

The entry fee is 30 euros. Only when we have received this payment together with the registration form will registration be complete.

You will get publicity anyway. Your company's name will be included in the book and in a thank-you note on social media. If you choose the €95 option, you may also think up a question for the book!

There are two options: €65 or €95.

-For 65 euros, your logo will appear in the book and on social media.
-For 95 euros the same as 65 euros but you may also make up a question or an assignment in the quiz.
